Ceramics
I began my ceramics journey in June 2022 shortly Rain City Clay opened just down the street from us. I've taken several classes with a variety of wonderful teachers there, and in 2023, took semi-private lessons with Akiko Graham, where I had the opportunity to try a different clay body for the first time! While I haven't mastered the joy of glazing yet, I LOVE Raku, and you'll often find me at Seattle Pottery Supply during their Raku days. I'm still a novice, but clay has been a space that allows me to bring escape from my digital design side for a bit and explore a physical creative space.
